WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BRAND & CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Our marketing team is responsible for all B2C and B2B marketing and communication activities of the company. For this team, we are looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager. Your main responsibility will be to maintain strong, cohesive brand identities for our brands while also being responsive to market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive pressures. You will report to our Chief Marketing Officer.

THE DAILY CHALLENGES OF OUR BRAND & CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Our marketing team consists of 4 marketing experts who work together as one. Together we serve consumers, merchants, and partners with a variety of (marketing) communication assets. As our Brand & Campaign Manager your main challenges will be to:

- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand plan & strategy that aligns brand objectives with overarching product & business objectives.

- Ensure Consistent Communication: Guarantee that all advertising and communication efforts—across BTC, BTB, ATL, BTL, digital platforms, sponsorships, events, and corporate branding—are in line with brand goals.

- Identify Growth Opportunities: Actively seek and pursue new marketing opportunities that align with brand objectives to maximize growth potential.

- Serve as Agency Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration. This includes being responsible for the briefing and collaboration with creative agencies, media agencies and PR agencies ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives, and overseeing the execution of campaigns from concept through to delivery, while maintaining alignment with brand strategy and business goals.

- Develop Co-Marketing Initiatives: Create co-marketing campaigns with partners, both national and international, from initial strategy discussions to briefing creative agencies, collaborating with the marketing team for effective execution. Maintain close contact with partners in branding initiatives

- Assess Marketing Campaigns: Evaluate and present insights on major marketing campaigns, utilizing campaign metrics and managing ongoing brand tracking studies to measure effectiveness.

- Manage Public Relations Efforts: Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and Thought Leadership of the company

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience

- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the payment world

- Fluent in Dutch or French and English

- Collaborative team player: work closely with the entire marketing team, offering support wherever needed.

- Strategic and Organized: a strategic thinker who is highly organized and results-

driven.

- Mature Problem Solver: possess a high level of maturity and the ability to independently manage projects with effective problem-solving skills.

- Strong Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Trend Awareness: stay updated on the latest marketing trends.

- Action-Oriented and proactive attitude: capable of translating marketing plans into actionable steps with a proactive spirit.

- Deadline-Driven: ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
